How do I post a listing?
Tap the plus button, choose what you are selling, and go through a few simple steps: add a description, photos, and a price, then publish it. It’s quick and easy for everyone.
What kinds of listings can I post?
There are five categories on the marketplace: live animals, farm goods, meat, milk and dairy products, as well as veterinary medicines and vaccines. Each one has its own easy listing wizard.
How much does it cost to post a listing?
Posting is completely free. You can create as many listings as you like and won’t pay a cent for it.
How do I add photos to a listing?
At the photo step, simply choose pictures from your gallery or take new ones. You can add several photos at once and change their order so the main photo appears first.
How many steps do I need to complete before publishing?
Just a few quick steps: choose the type, add a description, characteristics, a price, and photos. Before publishing, you’ll see how the listing will look and can check everything.
How do I edit an already published listing?
Open your listings section, choose the one you want, and tap edit. You can update the description, price, or photos at any time.
How do I delete a listing?
Go to your listings, open the one you want to remove, and choose delete. If the animal has been sold, you can simply mark it as sold.

Breeds and Search

How do I find the right animal or breed?
Open the listings feed and use search by breed or species name. There is also a breed directory with photos and descriptions, where you can read about any breed.
How do I filter listings by country or price?
The feed has filters: choose a country, set a price, select an animal category, or a breed. The list will instantly show only matching listings.
What are “local breeds”?
These are breeds raised in your country. When you choose a breed, they appear at the top of the list to make it easier to find familiar animals.
How do I view listing details?
Just tap the card. It will open a page with all the photos, the price, the animal’s characteristics, seller details, and location.
Is there a breed directory?
Yes, there is a knowledge base. It includes breeds with descriptions, parameters, habitat range, and answers to common questions. You can also view listings for each breed in your region.
What should I do if my breed is not in the list?
When posting a listing, there is an option that says “my breed is not in the list” — just type the name in your own words. Your listing will still be published correctly.

Pricing and Promotion

How much does it cost to place a listing on the marketplace?
Posting is free. You only pay if you choose to boost your listing to the top so more people can see it.
How do I boost a listing to the top?
Open your listing and tap boost to the top. Choose a promotion option, and the listing will appear above others in the feed and get a special badge.
What does listing promotion do?
Your listing moves higher in the list and gets a badge, so buyers see it first. This increases the chance of selling faster.
How long does promotion last?
Promotion lasts for the number of days you choose, and then the listing returns to the regular feed. It stays on the marketplace, just without being boosted to the top.
Do I have to pay to message or call a seller?
No, communication is completely free. You can send messages and call other farmers without any payment.

Chat

How do I message a seller?
On the listing page, tap send message. A chat with the seller will open, where you can ask questions about the animal, price, or delivery.
Where can I find all my messages?
All your conversations are collected in the messages section. There, chats are organized into tabs: purchases, sales, and marketplace news.
Can I send voice messages in chat?
Yes, you can. Press and hold the microphone button and record your message — it’s handy when typing isn’t convenient. You can also send photos and files.
How do I know my message has been read?
There are check marks next to the message. One check mark means the message was delivered, and two mean the other person has read it.
Can I send a photo directly in chat?
Yes, in chat you can send photos, voice messages, location, and files. This helps you agree on a deal without leaving the app.
Will I get a notification about a new message?
Yes, when someone writes to you, you’ll get a notification on your phone. That way you won’t miss an important message from a buyer or seller.

Calls

How do I call a seller?
On the listing page, tap call. The call goes directly through the app over the internet, and you can discuss everything by voice.
Do I need to know the other person’s phone number to call?
No, you do not need a phone number. The call happens inside the app, so your number and the other person’s number stay private.
Can I make a video call?
Yes, if the seller has calls enabled, you can call with video and see the animal live before buying.
How much do in-app calls cost?
Calls are free because they go over the internet. You only pay for internet data, just like for regular page loading.
What happens if someone doesn’t answer a call?
You can leave a voice message, and the other person can listen to it later. Missed calls are shown in the calls section, where you can call back.
What do I need so people can call me?
Turn on calls in the app settings. After that, other farmers will be able to reach you directly through the marketplace.

Verification

What is a “verified farmer”?
This is a farmer who has confirmed that there is a real person behind the account. A safety badge appears next to their name, and buyers trust them more.
Why should I complete verification?
The verified farmer badge increases buyer trust and shows that you are a serious seller. Scammers usually avoid showing documents, so this badge is highly valued.
How do I complete verification?
Open your profile and start the verification process. You need to take a selfie with your face inside the oval on the screen, and photograph any government-issued document with your photo on it. After that, the request will be sent for review.
Is it safe to send my photos and document?
Yes, it is safe. Your photos are stored securely and are not accessible to other users through a direct link. Only verification staff can see them.
Who will see my photo and document?
Only marketplace staff who review applications. Other farmers and buyers will never see your document — they will only see the badge showing that you are verified.
How long does the verification result take?
After submission, your application goes for review, and your profile will show that it is under moderation. Once it is reviewed, you’ll receive a message with the result, and if approved, a safety badge will appear.
What should I do if verification is rejected?
You will receive a message explaining the reason for the rejection, such as a blurry photo or an unreadable document. You can retake the photos and submit the application again.
